We use Close.com as our customer relationship management platform. Information you submit via our forms is stored in Close.com to manage our advisory relationships and follow-up communications. Close.com is subject to its own privacy policy at close.com/privacy.
We use Zapier to route form submissions from our Site to Close.com. Zapier processes your data in transit but does not store it independently beyond its standard logging window.
If you book a call via our Calendly link, your scheduling data is processed by Calendly under their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

When you download a PDF resource from our Site, you will receive a short email nurture sequence (typically 3 emails over 7 days) related to the topic of your download. These emails are sent by Pete Martin at Vestara Advisors and contain substantive advisory content, not spam.
