Interev, Inc. dba Vestara Advisors ("Vestara," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you interact with our Site, including:
- Contact forms: name, work email address, company name, annual revenue range, exit timeline, and any message you submit.
- PDF lead magnet downloads: name, work email address, and company name.
- Exit Readiness Assessment: name, email, company, revenue range, timeline, and your responses to the 25-question assessment.
- Calendly scheduling: when you book a call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences under their own privacy policy.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location (city/region level)
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

This information is collected through our analytics provider (Umami Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics platform) and does not use tracking cookies or cross-site identifiers.

Close.com (CRM)
We use Close.com as our customer relationship management platform. Information you submit via our forms is stored in Close.com to manage our advisory relationships and follow-up communications. Close.com is subject to its own privacy policy at close.com/privacy.
Zapier (Automation)
We use Zapier to route form submissions from our Site to Close.com. Zapier processes your data in transit but does not store it independently beyond its standard logging window.
Calendly (Scheduling)
If you book a call via our Calendly link, your scheduling data is processed by Calendly under their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vestara Advisors, our clients, or others.
4. Email Communications & Opt-Out
When you download a PDF resource from our Site, you will receive a short email nurture sequence (typically 3 emails over 7 days) related to the topic of your download. These emails are sent by Pete Martin at Vestara Advisors and contain substantive advisory content, not spam.
You may opt out of these communications at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send
- Emailing us directly at [email protected]
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, GDPR requirements for commercial email communications.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. For leads who do not become clients, we typically retain contact information for up to 3 years from the date of last contact. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
